Carolyn's hands-on experience includes helping individuals secure their first mortgages and assisting small business owners in obtaining loans. As a licensed investment representative, Carolyn managed client funds through strategic investments, thereby optimizing their returns.

Carolyn's first task as commissioner will be to thoroughly assess the county budget, thereby identifying where funds are allocated, ensuring they are distributed equitably for the economic well-being of all communities. 

Disciplined management and careful fiscal oversight are essential for accountability in maintaining infrastructure, housing and safety. As a licensed investment professional, Carolyn understands the connection between local government and financing. She is committed to financial responsibility by diligently reviewing county funds and budget allocations.

Carolyn welcomes small businesses, entrepreneurs and innovative ideas that will help our county grow and prosper. Carolyn is also deeply supportive of veterans, seniors and families in transition, ensuring that all are given the resources and assistance they need.
